Empowering Young Professional Women

YWEmpowered is a year-long professional leadership development program for women ages 18 to 35 designed to strengthen personal leadership skills, build confidence, and explore the myriad ways women can be inclusive leaders in the workplace, their personal life, or in their community. YWEmpowered is offered over a twelve-month period and features eight half-day leadership development sessions with field experts and two YWCA special events focused on leadership. Participants must commit to attending eight out of ten offerings.
