If you seek policy solutions to complex issues affecting Utah women and their families, YWCA Utah’s second annual Utah Women’s Policy Conference is for you. The Utah Women’s Policy Conference is an opportunity to elevate the conversation around critical issues, develop shared understanding, and explore lasting and inclusive change for women, girls, and families in Utah.

This conference brings together community advocates, researchers, and policymakers for the solution-focused dialogue and innovative problem solving. The Institute for Women’s Policy Research (IWPR) will release its latest Utah-specific data on the status of women, with a particular focus on women of color in Utah, to open the conference, and attendees will have opportunities to learn from state and national experts, as well as to engage in focused discussions about these issues with legislators and other state level policymakers. The YWCA Public Official of the Year Award will be presented to Representative Lowry Snow at a special luncheon to end the conference on Friday, August 16 at noon.

Exhibitor space is available upon approval. Please contact us at jwallace@ywcautah.org or 801-537-8658 for more information.
