As we head into the spring and new beginnings, we invite you to join us for a yoga and meditation workshop led by instructor Jendar Morales, where we will explore a practice centered around the heart and throat chakras in a healing space centering BIPOC. Postures, meditation, and intentions will be incorporated focusing on opening the heart and throat centers and learning to love ourselves and others while being true to the self. This practice will also include the principles of ahimsa (non-violence) and satya (truthfulness), which are connected to the qualities of the heart and throat chakras. No previous yoga experience or special equipment is necessary to participate in this event.
